Congratulations, Island Lake, on enrolling in the Island Lake electric aggregation program and saving 42% over ComEd's current electricity supply rates.
Over 97% of residents enrolled in the program, which will result in a combined savings of approximately $790,000/yr, each household and small business saving an average of $298/yr!
For those that did not opt out, the conversion date from ComEd to FirstEnergy took place in mid-August, with savings being reflected on your next ComEd bill (ComEd will still do all of your billing) received in September or October.
